Congratulations and Thank You for registering your dog with SDRA. You are well on your way to bringing your furry friend with you anywhere you decide to take them. Vacations are about to become a breeze. No more kennels or calling friends and family to burden them with the responsibility of watching your dog when you go somewhere. The ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) states that proof of certification cannot be required by any facility or business for legal access. However, the fact of the matter is that many people and businesses are ignorant of this law and will hassle you if you do not have proof of certification. This is why we recommend our Service Dog ID. Each ID comes with your name, your dogs name, dogs photo, and our official seal. It also has the full list of ADA laws that you can show a business and our website where an airline or other establishment can come check your registration if they wish. A portion of your order proceeds will go to help with Service Dog awareness as well as other K-9 charities.

Although our Photo ID cards and certificates are customized and can’t be returned for refund, if your ID Cards or Certificate are incorrect (printed differently than how you originally placed your order), we’ll gladly replace them and make it right. you’re not satisfied with one of our other products for any reason, it can be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days and we will promptly refund your order or exchange merchandise, whichever you prefer. Every product we sell is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturer’s defect. Please email us for any warranty issues. Depending on the manufacturer, SDRA will handle all warranty claims in-house or refer you directly to the manufacturer, depending on the issue. Warranty repairs or replacements include free one way return shipping to you.
